1. How do I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled by reaching out to orders@pinksolution.ca. Please include your order number and the reason for the change or cancellation. You will receive a response within 2 business days with further instructions.
2. Do you ship to my country?
Orders placed online can be shipped to most provinces, states and territories within Canada and the U.S. Please contact info@pinksolution.ca for more information.
3. What is Pink Solution's return policy?
At Pink Solution, we stand behind our products. All items purchased directly through pinksolution.ca carry a 30-day guarantee. If you find you are unhappy with your product, please contact us at orders@pinksolution.ca with your receipt and/or order number and we will assist you on the return or replacement of that merchandise.
ABOUT PRODUCTS
1. What is the difference between CLEAN and MULTI XHD?
MULTI XHD is made with a different formula than CLEAN that allows it to stay in a liquid state at room temperature. Just like coconut oil vs olive oil, both are fats, but in different states at room temperature.
2. Is CLEAN an enzyme cleaner?
No, we do not use any enzymes in our products, but the chemistry that is utilized involves creating an enzymatic reaction to break down the appropriate proteins, fats, grease, oils, dirt, etc. Components of the raw materials we use facilitate the reaction required to make our products function as designed.
3. Is Pink Solution an insecticide?
No. However, you can spray CLEAN Light Mix on plants to repel aphids and spider mites.

1. Does Pink Solution still do Costco roadshows?
Unfortunately, we no longer do Costco roadshows, but some of our products can be found in Canadian Tire, London Drugs, and select TJMaxx, Winners, Homesense, Homegoods, Marshalls, and Home Hardware locations across the country.
2. Is CLEAN safe for silk?
Because CLEAN has no harmful chemicals, dyes or ingredients it is great for your fabrics including silk. However, we always recomend testing our products on an inconspicuous area before use.
3. Why is your company called Pink Solution if they’re not pink?
To further improve our products, the one artificial ingredient, pink dye, was removed to ensure that our products are all-natural.
